The Nursery - VRC Members Only

Available only to VRC Members and their guests during the Melbourne Cup Carnival, sites in the ever-popular Nursery Car Park are 6m x 3.3m

This year, in a response to Members’ Market Research findings, and in an attempt to better service our Members, the Club has introduced an area within The Nursery exclusively for catered Car Sites.

Prominently located at the Members’ Grandstand end of the Enclosure, the area will be exclusive to Sites catered for by the Club’s Accredited Panel of Caterers.

In order to be eligible for this option, Members must indicate their preference on the enclosed application form and provide the Club with their Accredited Caterer of choice.

As per standard Nursery Car Site applications, this option is subject to the Random Allocation process.

Strictly no signage can be erected within this Enclosure.

Pedestrian Passes

The Nursery Car Site holders may purchase limited Pedestrian Passes during the 2008 Melbourne Cup Carnival:

Please be advised that patron re-entry will not be permitted after 6pm. The Nursery closes at 7pm.

Super Sites

Members are able to apply for a Super Site in The Nursery on each and any combination of days, during the 2008 Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Members are advised that there are fewer Super Sites in The Nursery than The Domain.

The total area of a Super Site is 11m x 3m complete with 6m x 3m marquee roof and surrounding fence. Members may adjoin a maximum of two (2) Super Sites.

^ Price is inclusive of structure and picket fence boundary only. Price excludes market umbrellas and furniture.

PLEASE NOTE:
– Strictly no flooring can be placed within a Super Site
– Strictly no form of signage can be erected within a Super Site
– There is no power to the Super Sites and the use of generators is strictly prohibited
– Catering for Super Sites is car boot/hamper style only, or an alternative can be arranged with a VRC Accredited Caterer (as per standard Car Sites)
